Just Wondering
I'm paying $1.97 per gallon for gasoline right now. Is this typical throughout the U.S.? How much are you paying?
Wouldn't it be lovely if, with just a twitch of the nose, life, or any aspect of it could be changed. Instead, positive changes always seem to involve tremendously hard work, determination, and endless setbacks. How lovely it would be to have the powers of Samantha Stephens.

I paid $2.19 yesterday, and that's the lowest I could find--at the Maverick. Usually I'm paying at least $2.29. That's in Utah county.

last time i filled up it was 2.19 at a maverick. I don't usually fill up there because there seem to be a lot of shady people who go to that gas station. but i was in a rush and couldn't go to the chevron

I can't even remember the last time I saw gas under 2 bucks... Of course I am old enough to remember the gas wars near my home in the early seventies (Pre Carter)between two feuding gas stations when it actually got below their cost at 19cents a gallon!
Ah, those were the days...

I remember a few years ago I got it for 99 cents a gallon. No joke.

$eattle where I live is $2.45. That is the advantage of having it made locally from Alaskan oil.
No! Wait!! $2.45 is more than $1.97. Must be because Washington is not a right-to-work state? It seems that everything is more costly here.
